We value education and the research supported proof that there really is a science to how we learn. This science unlocks hidden potential in a learning product that ultimately transforms learning spaces, ignites a love to learn, and empowers people for success.
Our journey began out of a strong urge to use our higher education background to help close the gap in education and reach learners who desperately need access to high quality, affordable products….that truly deliver effective results.
Our learning design process was built by Dr. Danielle Reid, who is not only a benefcator of higher education but also a homeschool parent to three kids. Through homeschooling and supporting microschools, she learned something valuable: the learning space you cultivate is transformative. It encourages students not just embrace the challenges of learning but also to really enjoy learning something new.
Shaped by educators who understand the science of how we learn and guided by the many teachers with whom Dr. Reid has worked alongside, our process is sound, well-tested, and most importantly, it works.
We employ a hybrid agile process of strategy, design, and creative development for all solutions. On time, on budget, and high impact is our motto for any strategic design. By leveraging our streamlined workflow process, we avoid wasting time and effort to create solutions that do not move the needle for transformation in our education system.

Clarify goals, users, constraints, and what “good” looks like.
Agree on the strategy, create the roadmap, call out risks, and collaboratively agree on a “definition of done.”
Build a usable slice that undergoes a series of iterations to ensure it aligns to your vision and expectations.
Take the time to ask the end user for input; weigh their feedback; and use it to refine the prototype.
Keep what works, fix what doesn’t, work with agility and produce high volume deliverables that exceed expectations while also maintaining consistency.
We firmly believe in continuous feedback loops with the end user. It informs us of what changes are needed and how to boost the impact level of any final product/solution.
